Pre-orders

• The nc-01 is sold on pre-order. Estimated shipping: September 2026. Estimates may shift; we will notify you by email of any material delay.
• The first batch is a limited run of 500 units. Each unit is laser-engraved with a unique number (001–500), assigned in order of purchase at dispatch. Numbers cannot be chosen or reserved.
• You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your unit ships.
• Prices are in US dollars. Import duties and local VAT, where applicable, are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Switch type — please choose carefully

Switches (Gateron Red / Brown / Blue) are selected at checkout and factory-soldered. The switch type cannot be changed after the order ships. You may change your selection free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing us with your order number.

Shipping

All parcels ship from Kyiv, Ukraine with tracking and insurance via Ukrposhta International, Nova Post Global, Meest or DHL Express, depending on the option chosen at checkout. Transit estimates shown at checkout count business days after dispatch and are not guaranteed.

30-day returns

• You may return the nc-01 within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.
• The device should be returned complete and without physical damage. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

2-year warranty

• We warrant the nc-01 against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery, worldwide.
• The warranty covers switches, PCB, controller, LEDs and the enclosure. It does not cover damage from liquid, drops, disassembly or normal cosmetic wear.
• To make a claim, email us with your order number, a description and a photo or video of the fault. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion, and we cover shipping both ways for valid claims.

The mic key

For clarity: the nc-01 contains no microphone and no recording capability of any kind. The key labelled "MIC" is a programmable hotkey that toggles the microphone of the computer it is connected to.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and which cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
