Who we are

n.cloud ("we") is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We sell the nc-01 macropad and ship it worldwide. Contact: get.ncloud@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), chosen product options. Used solely to fulfil and ship your order and to contact you about it.
• Payment data — processed entirely by our payment provider on their secure pages. We never see, store or transmit your card number, expiry date or CVC.
• Technical data — our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security.
• Analytics data — only if you accept our cookie banner: anonymised/pseudonymous browsing data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (pages viewed, general location, device type). See "Cookies" below. We never sell data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for warranty service (2 years) and by applicable tax law, then deleted.

Who we share it with

• Shipping carriers (Ukrposhta, Nova Post, Meest, DHL) — name, address and phone, so they can deliver your parcel.
• Our payment provider — order amount and reference, so they can process the payment.
• Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — only if you accept the cookie banner, and only anonymised/pseudonymous browsing data, never your order or payment details.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (where not prevented by tax or warranty obligations) at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). These only run if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — declining means neither loads, and it won't affect your ability to order. You can change your choice at any time: manage cookie preferences.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
